In Japan, there are a lot of good bakeries and caffes.
In China, most of cream are made of some ... I don't know but it is extremely white and it tastes so strange. It is so light and there are no taste of cream.
In Japan, cake are made of real cream, which is white but still yellowy.
I went to a shop and a cake which is about 15cmx15cm, cost 1800 yen!
I thought it is too expensive but it tasted so nice.
I was convinced by the taste.
I felt as if I was in heaven.... but...
Maybe 1800 yen for going to heaven for 3 minute is too much.
