Such a cute name! hahaha
But it is a kind of sickness in Canada.
It's like depression but happens only in winter.
It happens when we don't get enough sunshine.
I've never haerd of it until yesterday.
It snows alot here and we don't really go out in winter...
That makes us to NOT get enough sunshine.

I was so deppressed yesterday.
Sterted crying and stopped... over and over FOR NO REASON!
I didn't even know why I was crying.
So I talked to my friend because I couldn't stand being alone...
And then he told me I might have winter blues.

When I lived in Japan, we had enough sunshine.
I even avoided to get sunshine there!!
It's so crazy I have this sickness now. hahaha
But I don't think it's serious problem yet.
My friend told me to go for a walk every morning/afternoon.
And I'm gonna try it.

First, I raised up the blinds in my room!
So sunshine can come in!
And I'll try to be happy coz I can't be healthy without being happy :)
