I don't know how things are outside germany but here parents tell their children that the chocolate is hidden by a bunny. So our stuff isn't only egg shaped but also bunny shaped :D (it's to cute to eat D:) eventhough it's originaly a christian event it became a quite commercial event nowadays since most people aren't religious anymore but still celebrate it (just like christmas). I'm quite sure that most young people wouldn't know about the meaning of easter if you asked someone in the street at germany (we even learnd that kind of stuff at school).
It's a mysterious day for chocolate like St. Valentine's day in Japan.
They manufacture and consume so many egg shaped chocolate for some reasons which I never know...
I guess most of us are not very religious, but everyone's right, it's a Christian holiday. To me, as long as it's a holiday, I'm loving it... I'm shallow I know, but who cares...
i forgot what is Easter for,
but how u celebrate is that u paint
the eggs and hide those and u hav 2 find those.
its kind a fun( if u r child though. haha)
