Canadian people have very different view for fashion...
They NEVER dress nicely.
I personally think we should dress nicely when we go out with our bf/gf even if the relationship is very long.
Especially when we go out alone!! It's a date!!
Canadian people just love wearing comfortable clothes. It's good to wear comfortable clothes but not ALL THE TIME!!
I really think fashion is one of the important things for keep our relationship fresh.
Think about it... if your partner doesn't dress nicely when you go out with him/her, it's not as nice as the dates we used to have.
But when your partner looks nice, you will be in love again and think how he/she is HOT!!
And will you be happy when your friends say that your bf/gf is hot, won't you?
カナダ人はファッションの見方が日本人と全然違う。
オシャレじゃないのだ。
個人的に、付き合いがどんなに長いとしても、彼氏や彼女と出掛けるときはオシャレするべきだと思う。
特に2人きりでのデートはね！！
カナダ人は、心地の良いくつろげる服が大好き。
もちろんそういう服を着るのはいいんだけど、いつもはどうかと思うよ！！
ファッションってさ、その彼氏や彼女との付き合いを新鮮に保つためにも大事な部分だと思うの。
考えてみてよ、、、もしパートナーが一緒に出掛けるときにオシャレしなかったらさ、初めの頃のデートほどいいものじゃないでしょ？
でも彼氏や彼女がかっこよかったりキレイだったりすると、もう一回恋しちゃうよねｗｗｗ
それと、友達に「彼氏カッコイイね」とか「彼女可愛いね」とか言われるとうれしいよね？
自然が豊かな分、自分には拘らない、と言う感じですかね。
And everytime I show up, says Walmart, they would all STARE at me as if I'm an alien!
I guess partialy because we don't have too mach Asians here(in Oklahoma), and partialy because they never see some Asian fashion style.
I was even told "It's strange to see Asian gals dying hair and using makeup." Well, maybe they expect all the Asians to be nerds....
I think that comfortable clothes if you are going on long distance travel, then that's fine. i.e. if I'm driving down to New York, don't expect me to be in my tight jeans or all geared up. Maybe after I arrive I'll change, but if I'm sitting for 8 hours driving, I appreciate some slack. Likewise, if my gf is driving, I don't expect high heels for 8 hours in the car, that's silly.
But dressing nice and keeping up is a very important in a relationship. Imagine walking down the street and you notice you bf is staring at some other girl because she's all dressed up and hot. I think you know what I mean.
So you have a very important mission in Canada. Please help to dress up the people who come to you for help! At least they are enlightened to know where they need to improve.
