A scoop of ice cream is included in the dessert. It's mostly a mix (halo) of shaved ice, evaporated milk, and various types of sweet preserves such as: red beans, jackfruit, chick peas, coconut meat, purple yam (ube), leche flan (custard), gelatin, etc..
When you mix it all together, it becomes a sweet and creamy dessert. It's so good, I love eating it!
