Just as I got up this morning, I had sudden cramps in the left calf.
I was rolling on my bed holding the musle with my hand for a minute or two like a wounded solider in a battlefield.
It felt like forever until the pain's gone.

和訳
今朝、ちょうど起きようとした時に突然、左足のふくらはぎがつった。痛いところを1-2分手で押えて、戦場で負傷した戦士みたいにのた打ち回った。
痛みが治まるまですっごく長く感じた（汗

Oh, Is that potassium? I thought it happens when you have an iron deficiency.

Ahhhh, I hate when that happens! It's usually either in the calf or the foot. They say that eating bananas for potassium and drinking enough water can help prevent it from happening.

I'm kinda jealous of you being able to sleep after falling off from your bed. Gahahahahaha!
