Dear Diary.

I've been feeling down and low since last night.
At times like this, I just sleep so that I don't have to think of anything.

I try to meditate before I fall asleep, so I fall asleep without remembering about the meditation. lol

I am not sure if meditation works for people of mental illness.
Perhaps you should not do it.
I hear that some people might get worse.


But when there's a short meditation time like 1-2 minutes in yoga class, I feel Infinity kinda feelings.
That is so soothing for my mind.
I like it.

夕べから落ち込んでる。
こんな時は、何も考えないように寝るのだ。

寝る前に瞑想をしてみるのだが、寝ちまう。
だから瞑想は覚えてないんだな ('A`)

メンタル系の病気の人に瞑想が合うかどうかは
わからない。
たぶん、しない方がいいかもしれない。
人によっては症状が悪くなるって聞いたことがあるし。

でもヨガのクラスで1-2分の瞑想時間があるんだけど、
この時は、「無限」な感覚を味わう。
すっごい心地良い。
これが良いのだ!

My understanding of Yoga is just a one way to keep your health.
The teacher explains each yoga position. For example, this is good for your digestions, etc...
But as you go up the level of yoga, you might go into some kind of spirituality.

In my consideration, if you think deeply in your mind, you would see only little thing.

I dont know about Yoga...

if you know, please tell me.

in this case, yoga also is able to help people......

Hi, nice to meet you. Naturally, I'm not spiritual person, and I have no religious ties, but I like meditation too. I also not sure this is good or not...lol. I think that sometimes it gives terribly horrible ideas too, so be careful!
After you do meditation, tell your ideas that is gonna be so fun. sometimes, I do that few times just for my close friends.

Yeah, I know that I shouldn't do it before sleeping. lol
But when you're concentrating on something, that is one form of meditation, I guess.

Oh, you take sleeping pills? As you may know, you should meditate not before you sleep. haha
Anyway, I know now to meditate is impossible way for me. haha
Oh, but does it affected though to dance or sing? It's cool.

It IS difficult at the beginning. They say when you meditate, you should sit on the floor upright with your legs crossed. and do not lie down cuz you tend to fall asleep. lol
But I meditate just as I am about to sleep, so I fall asleep in a few minutes or so. lol
Besides I'm taking sleeping pills.
I know I should meditate in a upright position in a chair or on the floor during daytime. :P

Some great mentors say that anything can be meditation. Like dancing, singing, etc...
Yeah, I'm sure you can be in some kind of meditating state of mind when you're playing, too. :D

Ahaha, I see. I was wondering isn't it difficult to meditate? :) I can only concentrate or don't think about anything when I'm doing some interesting games. haha

When I go to sleep, I do try to either meditate or think of something good that makes me feel better. :D

Today at a hospital waiting room, I was gonna meditate cuz so many other patients were waiting, too.
But I noticed that I had fallen asleep when the doctor called me on the microphone. lol

Yes, it's good for you to think of this way though I know it's difficult to do that. Since I was like that so too, you can escape abroad as like me. lol

I suppose to think about happy thing before you sleep make you feeling better. I'm not sure that to meditate is good, though.
