おはようございます!酢が使えるようになれば、いっぱしの料理人だよ!東京に麻布十番と言う各国の大使館がひしめきあう場所だけど、そこのねぇ、お寿司屋さん、名物は、いなり寿司さ、お寿司屋さんの善し悪しは、ねたの良さじゃなくてねぇ、酢加減だってさ!基本は、酢に砂糖を入れた甘酢、それに少量の塩だろうけど、その後の処理は、まあ、お店の秘密だろうねえ!でね、ゴンはどうしても知りたいんだぁ、昨日の半生のしめ鯖、どうやってしめたんだい・・ねぇ・・・、教えて、そのさじ加減!それにねぇ、もう一つ、先日、どこかの国の大統領が来日して、銀座の寿司店に行ったようだけど、この微妙な加減をわかってもらえたかなぁ!

The most widely celebrated holidays here are: New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Flag Day, Independence Day, Halloween (as you already mentioned), Thanksgiving, and Christmas. During some of the summer holidays, there are lots of fireworks. Sometimes we have festivals named after seasons, but they don't celebrate any particular holiday.

Wow, that is expensive! If you go to a grocery store in America, you can usually buy a pizza for only about one dollar. Since they're cheap and all you have to do is heat them up, people eat them a lot. We also have pizza parties at school, where they order all different kinds of pizza and have them delivered to the school for us to eat. ^.^

When I go to McDonald's, I usually get fries with either chicken nuggets or a chicken sandwich. ^^ I don't like hamburgers very much, but that's probably what most people go there to eat (and probably the most popular place to eat them!)

Usually my parents make the meals, but sometimes they don't have time and then I cook rice or chicken nuggets in the microwave.

What I eat for dinner varies a lot. The most common meals are pizza, noodles, rice, chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, or we eat out at a fast food restaurant.

Stir fry rice is my favorite food. ^^ Most American children love pizza the best!

At my high school, there will be a buffet. Students can walk through the line and take food. They have to pay for it. In junior high, there was a school lunch (but not a buffet) that students paid for. They could also buy salads. I always took my own lunch to school since it's cheaper, but in high school, the school lunch will be cheaper, so I will probably buy it more often.

ここにすみません。
コロの服ですが・・・ゲームで着たおしたウェディングドレスは12000超えした時の懸賞用です♪
コロはドレスが嫌いではありませんが・・・
ドレスより手持ちやアクセサリーなどの小物の方が好きです!
小物は今までガーデニングの合成でフリマ交換できましたが・・・今は合成でフリマは成立しません。
なのでガーデニングをCコにして～
限定アイテムを買ってしまおうか?って考えてはいます。
今回のミニお城の合成はステキでしたが・・・2つ持てないのでプレゼント出来ないのがねぇ・・・orz

Hm, I don't know mch about it yet. Probably math and literature/language, and maybe social studies and/or science. I know some students have already taken the exams since they were already in the district, but since I moved, I don't know when my exams will be.

Yes, it rained very hard today!

In America, April is called the 'rainy month'. I supposed it's similar to tsuyu! ^^

I will be reading over the summer. I went to the library yesterday and got some manga. I don't typically like to read, but manga is an exception! Lol. I also have to read a novel for school and write a report on it.

There are a couple clubs at the high school I'm considering joining, though neither of them are sport teams. I'm not very good at sports! And I don't really care to watch them either.

Skiing or skating at school? No, I would think not. But there might be a skating rink somewhere near my house. Skiing, however, probably can't be done anywhere near where I live.

Hm, I would assume the national colors would be red, white, and blue, since they are the colors on the flag. ^^ I have not heard of any others.

I like fried rice. ^^

The school isn't too far. It takes about half an hour to drive from my house to the school. My favorite subject used to be art, but we don't have art anymore, so I guess I don't have a favorite anymore. Literature isn't too bad though. ^^

酢の使い方は難しいですよね、
微妙な加減で味が変わってしまいます。
いつも目分量なので味がバラバラです(^^ゞ
