今日、わたしは、Nicottoの町に行きました。わたしは、金魚すくいのゲームをしました。それは、最高で122点しかならなかったけど、わたしは、たのしい時間を過ごしました。おわりだぞぅ・・・

It's been quite cold for a while here, though some days are better than others. Today there's a low of one below zero, so it's not the worst I guess. I'm so cold though!

Well, the next speech I'm doing is about being an elementary school teacher. All students were assigned careers to research. I already have the speech written, though I should still make some small revisions. We have general guidelines of what information is to be included in the speeches.

Oh, yes. Gina doesn't go on Nicotto Town very much anymore, but she went on to play games. And she decided that while she was at it she'd check her comments. ^^ I doubt she'll respond to any more though, lol. She's lazy.

Hello Gon! ^^ Nice to hear from you. Today is Veteran's Day, so there's no school. My family attended a ceremony for it. It was a long ceremony and was outside, so I became so freezing I couldn't move my toes! Lol. Best wishes~.

That sounds like a cool food. Americans eat pumpkin pie and pumpkin bread, as well as many pumpkin-flavored things, but we don't often just eat pumpkin in its more natural form.

Oh, I never knew where the name came from. That's interesting. ^.^

Yes, the types of pets are fairly similar to those we have in the US. Here small rodents are also quite common, like gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, and chinchillas. :) Ah, geese? No one here really keeps them as pets, but it's easy to find them if you go to a lake. At one of my old houses, there were a bunch of geese living in the yard! ^^

Agh, yeah, typhoons do seem very scary... Take care, Gon! :)

Ah, that's terrible! :O Are volcano erruptions common in Japan? In the United States you only ever hear them happening in Hawaii.

Oh, I think I've heard of those. We don't have them in the United States, or at least not at most schools.

子供の頃思い出してみると　
小さい赤い黒い　魚が明るい夜店の白い箱の　水の入った中で泳いでいます
小さい心の中で　綺麗で美しい小さい命を感じたと思います
命の大切さを小さいときから　感じさせてもらえる日本てすばらしいですね

Actually, I just found out my mom isn't going to let me go to homecoming. She said it's not worth it because I don't have a lot of friends or a date. So unless I can get a date or a big group of friends in a week, I'll have to stay home. I don't have the social skills to do either. >.<

It's very cold today here. When I pulled the blankets off of me and got out of bed, I was freezing! Lol. Which is funny because it was so terribly hot a couple days ago, and a heat warning slightly before that.

Yes, it was fun! ^^ There was lots of interesting stuff to do, and I bought a t-shirt there too.

I suppose I am a little more cheerful now. Probably mostly because of the club meetings I have gone to recently. Being in clubs is very fun. ^.^

All different kinds of homework. The classes I am taking are social issues, advanced algebra, P.E., physical/Earth Science, appreciation of rhetoric, and art, so it's a wide variety of things. Lol. But thankfully, I didn't have as much homework this night as I do most nights. ^^

Oh yeah, we learned about Hiroshima last year when we studied World War II. It's so sad! >.< And floods are bad. I've never experienced a big flood myself, but it was all over the news when a town about an hour away from where I live got a huge flood. Disasters like those are terrible. :(

Because I have so much homework now, I might have less time for Nicotto. Also I joined three school clubs. But I will definitely still try to come on the weekends!
