Vegetables

Lots of vegetables were delivered by Seikatsu Club, so I was busy in the kitchen yesterday.
I cut the whole Chinese nappa into eight pieces and put them in a bucket to make "hakusaizuke".
I also cut some Japanese radish and carrot and put them into nukadoko to make "nukazuke".
I boiled some vegetables such as pumpkin and spinach, and star fried some lotus root.
Oh, I love vegetalbes very much!

We, howsewives never stop working at home.

I also love vegetables.
I have tried nukaduke once, howver I gave it up soon..., it was very difficult.

I think veggies are really great. They grow quickly and have so much power.
I can live only eating vegetables!
I'm now a self-confessed vegetarian, I sometimes eat fish, though.
I can imagine how much you love vegetables, which are indispensable for our good health.
We can realize how important vegetables are when we are obliged to eat meat without any vegetables.
We cannot relish meat without the aid of vegetables.
